A specialized nursing opportunity is available for experienced registered nurses with a focus on oncology and bone marrow transplant care. This role suits professionals with at least two years of acute care experience in bone marrow transplant (BMT) or hematology/oncology, offering the chance to work within a leading healthcare environment dedicated to cutting-edge cancer treatments.
Responsibilities include delivering expert nursing care on a 36-bed unit that provides chemotherapy, biotherapies, and advanced cellular therapies such as stem cell transplants and CAR-T treatments. Nurses will manage a patient ratio of approximately 3-4:1, utilizing Epic for charting. The position requires working night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), three 12-hour shifts per week, with some weekend coverage based on unit needs. Flexibility to float between similar units within the scope of practice is also expected.
