Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Overnight Pharmacist to join a long term care pharmacy hub in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers a consistent 7on / 7off overnight schedule in a collaborative pharmacy environment.

Assignment Details :

Location : Columbus, OH

Setting : Long Term Care Pharmacy (LTC)

Start : TBD

Duration : 13 weeks (possible contract-to-hire)

Schedule : Overnights, 7on / 7off, 10 : 00 pm 7 : 00 am

Systems : Frameworks

Responsibilities :

Perform pharmacist verification (PV1 & PV2) of medication orders

Review, interpret, and verify physician orders for accuracy and safety

Oversee preparation, labeling, packaging, and dispensing of medications

Monitor drug therapies, identify potential interactions, and remend interventions

Supervise and verify the work of pharmacy technicians

Maintain accurate pharmacy records, patient profiles, and controlled substance pliance

Ensure pliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Provide drug information and support to healthcare professionals

Requirements :

Active and clear Ohio Pharmacist license (in good standing)

Prior long term care pharmacy experience highly preferred (PV1 knowledge / experience strongly desired)

Familiarity with Frameworks a plus

Strong clinical and operational knowledge, with ability to work independently overnight

This position is well-suited for a pharmacist with LTC background who is confident in overnight operations and enjoys a steady 7on / 7off schedule.
