Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

Requirements :

70 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Required Credentials : Graduate from an approved school of nursing with a certificate as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Cannot have any disciplinary action on state license.

Shift & Scheduling : Must be able to start within 2 weeks of the expected start date. Tuesday starts.
