We are seeking an experienced Trust Administration and Probate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate and trust administration, probate proceedings, and related tax matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys both client interaction and technical legal work.

Compensation :

$140,000 - $180,000 yearly

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate and trust administration, probate proceedings, and related tax matters. Qualifications :

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust administration and probate law
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines efficiently
• Experience with fiduciary accountings and estate tax returns
