Responsibilities
Assist in interpreting business needs and identifying potential solutions at the business unit level.
Document current and future state processes and support change initiatives.
Support communication efforts within established internal systems.
Participate in stakeholder engagement activities to ensure needs and concerns are addressed.
Help identify and evaluate risks, issues, and constraints related to projects.
Contribute to feasibility studies and document findings.
Conduct research and assist in analyzing data trends to support decision-making.
Support continuous improvement efforts by generating ideas and reviewing existing operations.
Participate in training, coaching, and development activities to build technical and professional capabilities.
Stay informed on HR technology trends, regulations, and best practices.
Skills & Competencies
Experience with Workday required.
HR systems administration experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot and escalate application issues.
Familiarity with talent processes and learning methodologies is a plus.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Discretion when handling sensitive data.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree required.
2–5 years of experience in HR systems, business analysis, or related field preferred.
Workday experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Talent or SumTotal is a plus.
