Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the technical delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a cross-functional team of engineers to achieve objectives and milestones

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to iteration

Collaborate with Product Managers to translate product vision into technical requirements

Required Qualifications

6+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Experience designing and building public APIs using OpenAPI specifications

Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers

Experience with Amazon Web Services and event-driven architectures
