About The Position

Job Title : Radiology Technologist

Hours per Shift : 1500-0130

Certifications : BLS, Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R), Fluoroscopy

Must-Have : CT experience

Description :

Must have CT experience.

Department : Diagnostic Radiology.

EMR / Equipment : Cerner, Philips iPatient 64, and Big Bore 16.

Manager : Reports to the manager and team lead.

Weekend Requirement : Information will be provided during the interview process.

Holidays : Candidates may be expected to work holidays if needed.

Call : Call will vary and will be discussed during the second interview.

Scrub Color : Teal, unless going into the operating room, then scrubs will be provided.

Radiologist is in-house until 6 PM and then on call.

Shifts : Available in 8, 10, and 12-hour formats.

Common Diagnoses / Types of Patients : Work in OR, ER, both inpatient and outpatient settings.

2 years of experience required; first-time travelers will be considered.

Level II Trauma experience preferred but not required.

Radiology is a very fast-paced environment.

Candidates should be self-starters and ready to hit the ground running.

C-arms are used in the operating room.

The department is well-staffed, but night shifts can be more challenging due to fewer resources.

Cancellation Policy : The facility can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.

Charting System : Cerner.
