Job description4 days per week 8.75 hours per day ESA Communication Disorders Specialist eligibility (Washington State) SLP Cert. Bachelor's degree in job-related area Valid Driver's License Assess student communication skills to identify disorders and determine eligibility Develop and implement treatment plans to minimize adverse educational impact Direct and supervise Communication Therapy Aides as assigned Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administration to support student success Facilitate IEPs, parent conferences, and team meetings Provide therapy using communication technology (hearing aids, augmentative devices) Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and Medicaid documentation Conduct site visits as needed at multiple worksites 40% sitting, 40% walking, 20% standing Lifting, carrying, pushing / pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling
