The role requires a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives, strong data analysis and operational design capabilities, and experience with enabling technologies such as automation, analytics, and AI. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
