Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 Endorsement is required.

Position Details :

Role : Special Education Teacher

Responsibilities :

Provide specialized instruction and support to students with special needs.

Develop and implement lesson plans and interventions tailored to individual student goals.

Monitor and document student progress.

Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals.

Maintain a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications :

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 Endorsement (required).

Experience supporting students with special needs preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
