Extreme Equine Supplements is seeking passionate and dedicated Regional Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Premium equine supplements and products to horse owners, facility directors, trainers, veterinary professionals, trade shows, and brick and mortar storefronts. Your role will focus on building strong relationships within the equine community, assessing customer needs, and providing expert advice on nutrition, and all our product offerings. Through our comprehensive training, you will gain the expertise and confidence needed in the equine industry to drive the success of our product sales and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales and Marketing :
- Actively promote and sell Extreme Equine Supplements and its partnered products to potential customers through various channels including direct sales, trade shows, and social media platforms.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers about our products.
- Work with EES to Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers by understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional service. Maintain regular follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Build and maintain relationships with horse owners, facility directors, trainers, veterinary professionals, trade shows, and brick and mortar storefronts.Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries and resolve any issues.3. Market Research and Analysis :
Market Analysis : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback. Gather market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities and inform product development strategies.Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective marketing campaigns.4. Education and Training :
Conduct workshops and informational sessions on equine nutrition and the benefits of our products.Provide ongoing training and support to current clientele, retail partners and staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.5. Reporting and Administration :
Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.Qualifications :
Passion for equine and or equine health / nutrition is a MUST!Work Ethic : Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent time management and organizational skills.Previous experience in sales, preferably in the equine or animal health industry preferred. Knowledge of equine nutrition and supplements is highly desirable.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers.Knowledge of equine nutrition and supplements is a plus but not required.Travel : Willingness to travel for sales events, trade shows, and customer visits throughout your region as needed.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite products.Benefits :
