About the Role

We are searching for an accomplished Vice President of Marketing for Franchise Opportunities to spearhead our dynamic marketing team. This pivotal role will allow you to lead a broad spectrum of marketing initiatives, including digital and omnichannel strategies, AI exploration, and targeted marketing for both patients and advanced practitioners.

You will be entrusted with the execution of innovative marketing plans tailored for diverse audiences, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while managing a substantial brand budget. Your expertise will drive our digital marketing strategies and their execution, as well as the development and implementation of our annual tactical plans.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the marketing team's strategic direction and tactical execution.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with the brand's strategic objectives.
  • Drive initiatives in patient, advanced practitioner, and access marketing.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and effective budget management.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and maintain organizational alignment.

Qualifications :

Ideal candidates will possess a BS / BA or Master's degree in a relevant field, complemented by at least 19 years of marketing experience within the pharmaceutical sector. Your background should include :

  • Pharmaceutical marketing and strategic consulting experience.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in sales or managed care.
  • Strong oncology knowledge, along with expertise in multi-channel or omnichannel marketing.
  • This role requires exceptional communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, and a proven track record of cross-functional leadership and project management. Familiarity with FDA regulations, reimbursement mechanisms, and the managed care environment is highly desirable.
