Senior Program Manager

We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Program Manager who is excited to apply their talents to our customer's challenging project and one who will thrive in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a recognized professional with hands-on expertise and an excellent understanding of project management and associated concepts. You will manage a team working within a fast-paced environment delivering infrastructure and end-to-end software processing of Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) sensor data for Missile Warning, Missile Defense, Battlespace Awareness, and Technical Intelligence. Position location is on-site in Boulder, CO 5 days per week. Secret level clearance is required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Cost Report Development and Analysis
- Contract Management including setup in financial management software, Mod reviews, Funding Runout tracking, EAC / VAC analysis
- Schedule Development
- CDRL generation
- Supporting Status and Customer Meetings
- ROM and Proposal Support
- Dependencies and Risk Support
- Monthly Status Reports
- EVM
Program Startup Support
Support early phases of starting a program to establish appropriate infrastructure for the team and ensure contract complianceWBS Definition, Charge Number SetupProcess DefinitionBusiness Rhythm definitionSchedule & Milestones preparation and supportCDRL planningProgram Leadership
Serve as primary POC to customer and Outside Analytics team for small projects, both internal and external.People Leadership

Clearance Required : Secret. Due to the clearance requirement, U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must also participate in a background screen.BS or advanced degree in Business Administration or another relevant field7+ years of experience in a project engineering, program management, or finance role (an advanced degree (eg : Masters, PhD) provides two years of experience)Experience managing programs in the defense and aerospace fields, especially as a subcontractorExperience with general Program Management tools such as Excel, MS Project, and PowerpointExcellent organization skills with exceptional attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsDesired Skills & Experience
Domain experience with remote sensor systems or ground architectures, especially experience with OPIR sensor processingExperience with CostPoint, SalesforcePMI CertificationInterim or Active DoD SECRET security clearance or higherThe proposed salary for this position is : $171,100 - $273,600 USD
