Job Summary

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also check the water pH and chemical levels, make necessary adjustments, document any pool issues, and communicate all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum pool floors, steps, walls, tiles, pump baskets, and more
• Test pool water and balance the water chemistry based on those results
• Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running
• Document pool issues and repair needs and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience working with pools desired
• Ability to work outside, mostly in the sun
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Clean driving record
