Your day at NTT DATA

Senior leader with a key focus on ensuring the efficiency, scalability, and execution excellence across sales, pre-sales, and go-to-market functions within the business unit. The core functions include Operational strategy and execution, Sales and revenue operations, GTM enablement and support, Governance and performance management, Partner and ecosystem integration and Operational excellence and automation This role leads efforts to develop and improve integrated processes, implementing common management processes/services to leverage organizational resources. This role directs operations review of revenue, cost and service structures, productivity measures and delivery methods to achieve planned targets. This role assesses existing processes and systems and identifies opportunities for ongoing improvement within the business unit.

What you'll be doing

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement an operating model that scales to support $800M in business.
  • Drive process efficiency across sales, pre-sales, and go-to-market teams.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business health and growth.

Sales & Revenue Operations

  • Partner with sales leadership to streamline pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution.
  • Optimize pricing, discounting, and profitability analysis in alignment with finance and commercial operations.
  • Ensure sales compensation plans align with revenue growth objectives.

GTM & Enablement Support

  • Collaborate with marketing, alliances, and enablement teams to ensure effective sales motions in support of sales plays.
  • Drive data-driven insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop sales playbooks, training, and tool adoption to improve effectiveness.

Governance & Performance Management

  • Own business reviews, quarterly planning, and operational cadences.
  • Implement governance frameworks for escalations, approvals, and risk management.
  • Drive executive-level reporting and insights for leadership visibility.

Partner & Ecosystem Integration

  • Manage partner and OEM engagement processes for seamless collaboration and incentive program adoption.
  • Work with partner teams to ensure alignment on joint business initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Automation

  • Identify gaps and automate workflows across sales, presales and integration with delivery and operations.
  • Oversee CRM, CPQ, and analytics tools to drive operational efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent understanding of business and/or operational processes and policies
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders.
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working with stakeholders.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or similar

Required Experience:

  • Experience leading business operations in a large-scale technology/services business.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Deep expertise in sales operations, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all levels.
