Regional Sales Representative

A company is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within the assigned territory

Support new sales initiatives and manage the inforce block of business to identify new sales opportunities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

0-2 years of related experience required; 1+ year in the employee benefits space preferred

Ability to learn the insurance / financial services industry and demonstrate leadership presence

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Highly motivated and results-oriented self-starter
