We're seeking a seasoned Brand Design Lead to join eero's creative team, combining strategic vision with hands-on design execution. In this role, you'll shape the visual direction of eero's brand across multiple channels while actively contributing to design work and overseeing photography, video, and 3D visualization projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual direction for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Create and execute compelling designs across digital and physical touchpoints
• Direct photo and video shoots, from concept development through final delivery
• Guide 3D rendering projects to showcase products and features
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction to external partners
• Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
• Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
