We are seeking an Event Producer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to support the planning and execution of exceptional events. This role works closely with our sales and internal teams to ensure every event is produced smoothly and thoughtfully.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Event Producer supports the Sales Team (Event Directors) in coordinating event details from client confirmation through event day. This position plays an important role in maintaining timelines, communicating with clients, preparing event documentation, and partnering with Culinary, Operations, and Hospitality teams to ensure seamless execution.

EVENT PRODUCTION + COORDINATION
- Support Event Directors in producing events from contract through event completion
- Assist in preparing key planning materials including BEOs, timelines, staffing plans, rental orders and floor plans
- Coordinate event logistics and communicate updates across internal departments
- Help ensure events are correctly prepared for, staffed, and executed
- Participate in site visits, tastings, and production meetings as needed
- Work on-site at events when required (This role requires flexibility in scheduling based on event and client needs such as evenings and weekends)
CLIENT EXPERIENCE + TEAM SUPPORT
- Provide responsive, professional communication with clients throughout the planning process
- Maintain accurate event documentation and CRM records
- Support the sales and production team in delivering warm, high-touch hospitality
- Collaborate with Culinary, Operations, and Hospitality to ensure alignment on event needs
- Contribute to a culture where no client is a one-time client
OPERATIONAL + FINANCIAL SUPPORT
- Assist with tracking event budgets, invoices, and production paperwork
- Partner with Accounting to ensure billing documentation is accurate and timely
- Support internal systems that help drive event profitability and operational success
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–5 years of event production, hospitality, or catering operations experience
- Strong ability to manage multiple event timelines and details simultaneously
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM and event management software (Total Party Planner a plus)
- Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS
- $75,000 base salary + bonus potential
- Hybrid work from home/office schedule after 90 days employment
