Summary : The main function of a Facility Manager is to coordinate all aspects of property management, maintenance, and record keeping. The Site Manager is responsible for all policies and procedures related to facility safety and well-being. Job Responsibilities :
- Acts as the primary liaison with the client, coordinating staff, financials, and vendors as needed for successful building operations.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and site inspections.
- Respond positively and promptly to requests from client and occupants.
- Ensure documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. Must have a strong background with the basics of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
