Job descriptionCompetitive Pay : Salary based on licensure and experience Weekly Pay : Receive your earnings via direct deposit Flexible Scheduling : Tailor your work hours to fit your lifestyle Advanced Technology : Utilize mobile tools for schedule access and case documentation Client Care : Follow physician orders and address client needs with precision and compassion. Effective Communication : Regularly update the Clinical Manager and office on client conditions, issues, or additional needs. Coordination with Physicians : Liaise with physicians' offices and supply vendors to ensure clients receive necessary medical supplies. Clinical Record Maintenance : Keep accurate and compliant clinical records in line with local, state, and federal regulations Education : High school diploma or GED Licensure : Active & unrestricted LPN or RN License in the state of Michigan Certification : Valid CPR certification Autonomy : Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Empathy : Strong compassion and understanding of client needs Communication Skills : Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively Professionalism : Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and maintain a positive public image Confidentiality : Uphold client confidentiality and ensure the security of medical information Physical Requirements : Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with varying assistance based on client mobility.
