Afternoon Hours - Monday-Thursday 1 : 00p-9 : 30p, Friday 11 : 30a-8 : 00p and Weekend Rotation

Morning Hours - Monday-Friday 8 : 30a-5 : 00p and Weekend Rotation

Responsibilities

What you will be doing :

• Speaking with customers about scheduling free design consultations with one of our designers
• Guiding customers to understand the value of having a design consultant come to their home.
• You will be our brand ambassadors as the customers' first point of contact.
• Assisting with showing the value of our brand and helping teach the customer about our company and overcoming objections and problem solving.

Must have ability to speak with customers without any major background noise or distractions while on the phone

Must be willing and able to train & work at our Twinsburg, OH corporate office when deemed necessary
