Position Overview

The Social Media Coordinator supports Rivermark's marketing and brand objectives by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media channels. This role helps tell our brand story by highlighting our commitment to financial wellness, community impact, and small business support. The Social Media Coordinator develops social media campaigns, manages the content calendar, monitors engagement, and provides insights that strengthen overall marketing and business strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Create, write, and design engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Coordinate and execute paid and organic campaigns, monitoring performance and making adjustments.
• Engage with followers, members, and community partners, responding promptly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to highlight member stories, community involvement, and employee achievements.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal partners to gather content and support cross-channel initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Share member and community insights gathered from social media interactions to support broader marketing strategies.
