We design and deliver best-in-class wet areas for luxury residential thermal suites, 5-star hospitality projects, and high-end commercial developments.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to coordinating procurement and logistics efforts across our supply chain and logistics networks. This role focuses on the operational execution of supply chain processes to ensure timely orders, deliveries and smooth coordination with vendors and internal project teams. The position will also support development of an inventory management system for efficient stock management of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement systematic processes to improve efficiency in the procurement process within our supplier network
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of goods for new projects and installation teams
• Provide ongoing support with spare part and consumable orders
• Assist in managing and establishing existing and new supplier relationships
• Coordinate administrative duties for all vendor orders and procurement efforts
• Manage day-to-day logistical activities for material and equipment deliveries to ensure on-time delivery to project sites.
• Consolidate vendor orders and deliveries to the Texas office to be organized for onward transport
• Maintain an inventory system for frequently ordered parts and equipment.
• Track inventory levels, forecast needs, and support project readiness.
• Assist in negotiating with vendors to secure cost-effective terms and pricing.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting and Project Management teams to align procurement schedules and deliveries.
• Maintain project budgets for material sourcing and procurement optimization
• Monitor supply chain performance and recommend improvements.
