What You Will Own
SVHC threshold assurance : Determine if any article contains SVHCs over 0.1% w / w.Data gathering : Collect chemical information from product development, procurement, and suppliers; maintain a vendor-sourced compliance database.Documentation integrity : Keep SDS, technical files, and Declarations of Conformity up to date.Testing oversight : Conduct or coordinate laboratory analyses to verify composition and SVHC content.Regulatory submissions : Prepare and file SVHC-related submissions as required.Transparent communication : Disclose SVHC presence above 0.1% w / w at the article level to customers and consumers within 45 days of request.Cross-functional enablement : Implement environmental compliance for new accessory partners and verify results.Risk management : Develop strategies to reduce SVHC risk, including substitution or phase-out plans.Continuous monitoring : Track updates to the SVHC Candidate List and adjust controls promptly.Supply chain stewardship : Conduct assessments and implement chemical inventory management systems.What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field.2+ years of experience in a regulated setting (e.g., GMP).CCEP or similar certifications are a plus.Experience in environmental materials / compliance engineering.Knowledge of REACH, SVHC, RoHS, TSCA, Proposition 65, PFAS, and emissions requirements.Understanding of EU directives on electronics, packaging, and waste.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable presenting technical content.Fluency with materials / compliance tools and databases; collaborative in cross-functional environments.Role Logistics
