Location : Port Allen, LA

Schedule : Monday–Friday 7am-4pm

Job Overview :

We are currently seeking dependable Heavy Lifters for an exciting opportunity at a growing insect farm. This role is essential for the smooth operation of the facility, involving the safe handling and movement of heavy materials and equipment used in insect farming and production.

Responsibilities :

Safely lift and move heavy materials such as insect feed bags, containers, and equipment

Load and unload shipments efficiently and carefully

Assist farm staff with setting up and maintaining insect rearing areas

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow safety guidelines to prevent injury

Requirements :

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical labor

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Comfortable and willing to work in very hot, humid, and dusty environments typical of insect farming

Prior experience in heavy lifting, warehouse, or farming preferred but not required

Willing to work as part of a team
