What You'll Do :

• Oversee day-to-day operations for two centers , ensuring consistency, compliance, and brand excellence
• Lead, coach, and develop teams including injectors, wellness specialists, and patient care staff
• Drive sales KPIs : membership growth, rebook rates, retention, and average ticket
• Analyze and manage P&L, payroll, and cost of goods
• Collaborate on local marketing, partnerships, and community outreach
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and resolve escalated issues with professionalism

Requirements

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have : 2–3+ years’ management experience in medspa, wellness, fitness, or aesthetics Experience running a high-volume center or multi-unit operation Proven success leading teams and hitting sales goals (e.g., revenue, rebooks, memberships) Comfort managing P&L, scheduling, payroll, and inventory Weekend and event availability + North Jersey commute
