As a Process Engineer at onsemi, you will develop, and support etch and implant processing in the 24x5 manufacturing of wafers used for Automotive and Consumer applications throughout the world. You will also provide process engineering support for additional process areas. In this team-based environment, you will work closely with Device, Process and Design Engineers to provide robust, quality products to our customers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to :
Own certain critical etch, photo, or implant processes and associated measurement equipment in a fast-paced, 24 / 5 manufacturing environment.
Final Process Engineering responsibilities will be determined based off of applicants background and manufacturing needs.
Apply technical skills to implement equipment and process improvements that increase product performance, reduce cost and increase throughput and yield.
Design and document experiments utilizing engineering methodology to improve yield, cost, throughput.
Resolve complex, time sensitive technical problems to maintain production or development schedules.
As an Etch / Photo / Implant Process Engineer, you will be expected to make decisions using data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
