Job Description :
Support and modernize the client's enterprise desktop environment through Microsoft Intune and SCCM tools.
\n
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
\n
\n
- \n
\n Manage and support Microsoft Windows desktop infrastructure \n
\n
\n Package and deploy applications using Intune and SCCM \n
\n
\n Maintain OS patching and device compliance \n
\n
\n Automate provisioning via Autopilot and PowerShell scripting \n
\n
\n Collaborate across IT teams to enhance endpoint reliability and security \n
\n
\n Participate in project planning, testing, and rollout phases \n
\n
\n Provide technical consulting and mentoring to support staff \n
\n
\n Engage in after-hours on-call support as needed \n
\n \n
Requirements : \n \n
\n \n
\n
\n 2-5 years in Desktop / System Engineering or IT support \n
\n
\n 2 years with Microsoft Intune & MECM / SCCM (desktop-focused) \n
\n
\n Experience with Autopilot, PowerShell, Windows OS, and app packaging \n
\n
\n Project management experience managing multiple projects \n
\n
\n Familiarity with Conditional Access, Compliance Policies, App Config, Graph API, etc. \n
\n
\n
\n Nice-to-Haves : \n
\n \n
\n
\n Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate \n
\n
\n Experience with Crowdstrike, Nessus, VDI, or similar tools \n
\n
\n Exposure to PKI, VPN, Entra ID, and automation tools like Adaptiva \n
\n
