Type : Full-Time

Aristos Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Food Service Director to lead our dietary department. The ideal candidate is an organized, team-oriented leader who’s passionate about providing high-quality meals and excellent service to our residents.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen and dining operations.

Lead, schedule, and support dietary staff.

Plan menus that meet nutritional and regulatory standards.

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.

Manage inventory, budgeting, and food safety.

Qualifications

2+ years of food service management (healthcare or SNF preferred).

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

ServSafe Certified (or willing to obtain).

CDM / CFPP preferred.
