Job Description & Requirements Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $1746.00 - $1890.00 This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB / GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : As soon as possible – Weekday clinic 8-5 and weekend call Friday 7a-Monday 7a, must have weekday availability to be considered Practice Setting : Hospital Types of Cases : Gynecology Surgery is a plus, Acessa Procedure, Urodynamics, loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP), in office ultrasound, Non-Stress Testing, Genetic testing (CancerIQ) Credentialing Timeframe : 30-60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic Certifications Required : Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ( ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified Licensure Required : Active Illinois license or Interstate Medical License Compact (IMLCC) Letter of Qualification Job Benefits AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
