The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As an USAC Logistics Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• USAC operational performance rollout, training, updates and process definition with plants, subcons, subsidiaries supporting all Operations functions.
• Delivering cost reduction and service improvement in support of broader USAC Manufacturing & Supply Chain goals
• Initiating and leading value creation through optimization and efficiency projects.
• Provide USAC operation transportation support to ESC teams (planning, manufacturing, BSC, etc) as needed
• Provide transportation analysis to ESC teams on rates, transit, modal shifts, service issues, etc.
• Be an operational leader in USAC from transit time adjustments in SAP-TM
• Support specific 3M manufacturing and DC sites as needed
• Become the operational SME for track and trace functionality within USAC Transportation
• Engage with Merchandise Flow leaders in global logistics to ensure strategic continuity with USAC transportation

Work location : Maplewood, MN (at least 4 days a week onsite)

Travel : May include up to 10% domestic

The expected compensation range for this position is $122,292 - $149,468, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
