BC / BE physician

with ER experience to join us on a supplemental basis in

Gatesville, TX . Located about 35 miles west of Waco, this hospital serves a rural community and provides top quality care for a diverse population.

Level IV Trauma Center

6 ER Beds

Coverage : As Needed

Staff Physicians : 5-FP, 5-GS, 2 Ortho

Requires : ATLS, ACLS & PALS

Patient Volume : 580 month

5% Trauma, 15% Pediatrics, 60% Geriatrics

Transfer OB if possible, notify on-call doc of any transfer; do H&P, no extra pay for H&P codes & emergency in-house coverage only; on-call doc introduces new SWM doc to facility

Back-up doctor available if needed during day shifts

Lab / X-Ray Available 24 / 7
