• Monday to Friday schedule no weekends or holidays with guaranteed 40 hours / week
• 25 - 30 patient visits per week based on travel requirements
• Home health setting serving adult population
• EMR : HCHB
• Home health and OASIS experience strongly preferred
• 6+ month commitment with 8 week orientation provided
