Job descriptionYou will provide patient care under medical protocols, ensure equipment is operational, and maintain professional documentation and readiness. Full-time positions with flexible scheduling available, including mandatory attendance at training and meetings. Based in Detroit, Michigan, operating across multiple sites within the region. This role plays a crucial part in delivering timely emergency response and quality care in a fast-paced environment. Field-based role with on-the-road EMS work and regular shifts requiring physical activity and teamwork. Competitive compensation based on experience and certifications. Key Responsibilities : Respond to dispatch calls and provide care in line with company protocols Conduct daily equipment and vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness Accurately complete Patient Care Reports, incident documentation, and checklists Adhere to all EMS laws, company procedures, and medical standards Maintain a professional image and communication at all times Assist with patient lifting, transfer, and safe transport Qualifications : Required : High school diploma or GED State-certified EMT license and CPR (BLS) certification Valid driver’s license and clean background check FEMA certifications (IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800) Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team Preferred : Previous EMT or similar experience PHTLS or ITLS training If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.
