Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM | Hybrid Work Option Available

Position Overview : TASC is seeking a dedicated and proactive Intermuscular Naloxone Hub Outreach Coordinator to lead marketing and outreach enhancement services for the Intermuscular Naloxone Hub. This position plays a critical role in harm reduction efforts by preparing overdose kits, educating community stakeholders, and representing TASC at community events to expand the reach and impact of harm reduction programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement, coordinate, facilitate, and monitor outreach activities within the assigned regional area
Prepare and package overdose kits for distribution and fulfill online orders
Engage community partners and stakeholders to promote TASC’s harm reduction services through in-person and virtual meetings and events
Collaborate with TASC area administrators to identify and implement outreach opportunities targeting priority populations
Prepare, interpret, and present reports on program operations, service evaluation, and resource utilization
Conduct ongoing assessment of community opportunities to enhance program reach
Represent TASC in community and external relations related to harm reduction services
Maintain positive professional relationships with internal staff, leadership, community partners, and clients
Support TASC’s harm reduction social media presence in collaboration with the communications department
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred in human services, social work, psychology, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
Experience : Minimum of three years’ experience in program outreach preferred
Skills : Strong presentation and engagement skills; ability to work independently
Knowledge : Understanding of cultural norms and dynamics when working with diverse community organizations; familiarity with best practices in harm reduction, substance use, recovery support, and criminal justice system
Technology : Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using the Internet
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Environment & Benefits :
Location : Local travel required; work location based on site assignment
Schedule : Hybrid work schedule available after 60 days; may require in-office presence multiple days per week
