A client of Insight Global is seeking a CMM Programmer to join their team in Wilmington, MA. This individual will primarily work in an open‐space office environment, spending roughly 70% of their day seated and 30% on the production floor. They will support ongoing projects and be responsible for developing, modifying, and executing complex CMM programs—primarily using Zeiss CALYPSO—to inspect mechanical components and assemblies with high precision.

The ideal candidate brings strong GD&T knowledge, hands‐on CMM programming experience, and the ability to interpret intricate engineering drawings and CAD models. This role requires excellent attention to detail, technical curiosity, and comfort working both in office and production environments.

Must Haves :

• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• 4+ years CMM software experience with Zeiss CALYPSO or equivalent
• Knowledge of Keyence machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models
• Excellent problem‐solving skills and high attention to detail
• High School Diploma + 10 years relevant experience  or Associate’s Degree + 6 years experience

Compensation :

$38 / hr to $42 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
