We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient operations within the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter customer orders into the WMS system
• Schedule pick-up appointments with transportation companies
• Check in drivers at the front window
• Create small package orders and shipping labels
• Work with team members to troubleshoot customer inquiries
• Coordinate with the warehouse outbound team to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping of orders
