We are hiring experienced Medical Receptionists in McAllen!

Starting pay: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route messages appropriately
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Verify patient information, insurance details, and collect co-payments
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Medical Receptionist Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting (preferred) Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures
• Proficiency with computers, EMR systems, and office equipment Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
