RN Behavioral Health Opportunity

Terre Haute Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Behavioral Health department to join our healthcare family. Our nurses are celebrated for being on the front line, empathetic for patients. We are looking for an RN who can coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The RN will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models. They will serve as an advocate for patients / families / caregivers, modeling a commitment to the organizations vision / mission / values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities include assessing patient condition, performing procedures, managing the quality of care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver a holistic patient treatment plan.

Qualifications include current Indiana licensure as an RN, graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, customer service abilities including effective listening skills, critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. BLS Certification and Crisis Prevention Certification training completion within 30 days of hire are required.
