Surgical Suites : 11 suites in the Main OR and 6 in the Outpatient Surgery Center

Robotic Systems : Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 available

Call Schedule : 1 : 4

Hospital Coverage : Single hospital coverage

Administrative Support : Strong and supportive leadership and staff

PATIENT INFORMATION

Patient Demographics : Adult patients

Patient Volume : Not specified

Case Mix : General urology and surgical cases

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges : Required

Credentialing Timeline : To be determined

Salary : Competitive base salary ($500,000+) plus production bonus

Robotic-assisted urologic procedures using Da Vinci systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Arkansas medical license or eligibility

Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Experience : Open to new graduates and experienced physicians

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver comprehensive urologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Perform surgeries and procedures utilizing advanced OR technologies

Participate in call coverage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
