Key Responsibilities
Build and manage the advocacy content calendar aligned with company strategy and customer interests
Create and publish content to enhance community engagement and showcase customer success stories
Foster online engagement within VIP customer communities to strengthen connections and brand loyalty
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or community management
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Experience with online customer events / forums; familiarity with advocacy platforms is a plus
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights
