Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of training initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Design, develop, and implement Corporate Learning & Development programs and materials
Measure the effectiveness of training programs and recommend changes to enhance performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Five years of people management experience
Ten years of experience in learning, Corporate Learning & Development, or related fields
Comprehensive project management skills
In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
