SAFe Scrum Master

A company is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

Identify and resolve impediments that threaten sprint goals while communicating metrics to stakeholders

Lead retrospectives for continuous improvement and manage risks and dependencies for the team

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 2 years of experience in a SAFe ART environment

SAFe certified Scrum Master preferred

Understanding of software development practices including CI / CD pipelines

Experience supporting multiple concurrent teams
