Job descriptionAssisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, etc.) Helping with mealtime needs in the dining room and during snacks Providing emotional support and companionship to residents Supporting personal laundry, tidying of rooms, and phone use Reporting changes in resident conditions to supervisory staff Accurately documenting care in electronic and paper records Assisting with admissions, discharges, and post-mortem care, as needed Participating in activities and events to engage residents socially Promoting cleanliness, safety, and infection control protocols A sincere desire to serve and care for older adults Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team Kind, respectful, and patient approach in all interactions Reliable, flexible, and able to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) Physical ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents (up to 50 lbs) Note : Must be able to meet physical demands and remain calm under pressure in emergency or high-stress situations. Evening Shift
Week 1 : 24 hours
Week 2 : 16 hours
Includes every other weekend
Pay Range : $20.20 $21.85 / hour
- $1.00 / hour Evening Shift Differential
- $1.25 / hour Weekend Differential
