Job description

Identity And Access Management Specialist

The candidate should be able to successfully implement Identity and Access Management, SSO using SAML / OAuth 2.0 federation to third party systems for Fusion Cloud. The candidate should be able to understand the technical system design and implement IAM, API Security, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Threat Intelligence using Oracle Cloud Guard and be able to integrate the Fusion audit logs to backend SIEM. The candidate should have knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool preferably Oracle Access Governance (AG) and how it works with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Risk Management Cloud in terms of Segregation of Duties (SoD). Be able to understand complex technical security requirements and provide security best practices aligning with OCI and cloud industry standards. Be able to identify product gaps and work with product development to address them, help with internal initiatives to create accelerators and content library, come up with innovative solutions to handle client requirements, ensure successful completion of the product within budget and on schedule. Critically evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed : (Requirements Document, design document, test scripts etc.) Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Be proactively engaged with internal initiatives to create best practice library, repeatable solutions to make the implementations more scalable.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Security solutions. BA / BS Degree preferred Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and domain experts.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only. US : Hiring Range in USD from : $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
