Job description

We are hiring English Language Teachers to provide in-person lessons to our clients.

Job Information Ref :

  • 189684 Student : Child, age 15 Location : Greer, South Carolina – near Trail Branch Ct.

Preferred start date :

  • ASAP Lesson format : Face-to-face, in-person Details Availability : Tuesday and Thursday between 4 : 00 pm – 8 : 00 pm Lesson Frequency : 2 times per week Lesson Duration : 1 hour each Current level : Intermediate Native / other languages : Portuguese (native), Spanish (other) Goals : Improve speaking, self-expression, and overall communication Grammar, vocabulary building, and common phrases Texting, slang, and polite expressions in daily life Writing, reading, and making friends Interests : Sports, sports cars, fishing, history, American historical figures Additional requirement : Structured classes with plenty of conversation Responsibilities Design structured lessons with strong focus on conversation practice Integrate grammar, vocabulary, slang, and common expressions into real-life contexts Provide practice in reading, writing, and social communication Incorporate the student’s interests (sports, history, cars) into lessons to boost engagement Support the student in adapting to social and cultural aspects of life in the U.S.
  • Qualifications Native or near-native proficiency in English Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, linguistics, or related field Experience teaching teenagers, ideally in academic and conversational settings Ability to balance structured lesson planning with interactive, interest-based activities All Global LT instructor positions are freelance positions.
