Job descriptionTeam Player Greet guests and provide warm, attentive service Describe menu items and take accurate food and beverage orders Enter orders in POS system and deliver in a timely manner Upsell items, refill drinks, and clear tables Communicate modifications to the kitchen Complete setup, cleaning, and closing duties Report guest concerns to Management and assists in providing solutions For bartender : MUST have 1+ years' experience in bartending Experience in fine dining or banquet experience (not required) Knowledge of wine, beer, and liquor Friendly, professional, and team-oriented Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods Holds a valid Florida Food Handlers card Previous private club experience (not required)
