Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Visual Impairments, active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification and 1+ years Teacher of the Visually Impaired experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored for students with visual impairments.

- Utilize assistive technology and adaptive tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods as needed.
- Conduct assessments related to visual impairment needs and provide remendations.
Qualifications :
Certification or licensure as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired.Experience working with students who have visual impairments in a K-12 setting.Strong knowledge of Braille, assistive technology, and adaptive learning strategies.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.mitment to fostering inclusive and accessible learning environments.Location : This position is based in Salisbury, North Carolina, serving a diverse K-12 student population.
