Therefore, we are looking for an Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Associate to add to our high-performing and energetic team. The Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Associate's main priority is to make every customer's day and leave them with a lasting impression on our products.

We provide full training and development for our Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Associate role. Previous experience in customer service or sales is desirable, it is not required.

Entry Level Verizon Customer Service Associate Responsibilities :

• Initiate contact with potential new customers, educating them on products and services
• Negotiate sales converting inquiries into accounts
• Maintain attention to detail on account follow-up and client onboarding
• Follow all company policies
• Maintain high levels of integrity when working with customers
