Job Summary :

The Estate & Inheritor Services Specialist is part of a specialized team within Client Wealth Management, dedicated to assisting clients through the inheritance process. This role focuses on managing the transition of assets for individual clients, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for financial advisors, client service associates, and branch management. The Specialist provides personalized support, facilitates asset transfers, ensures compliance with firm policies, and maintains a high standard of client service throughout the inheritance and legacy transition process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide dedicated one-on-one support to clients throughout the inheritance process with professionalism and empathy.
• Communicate proactively with clients via phone and email to deliver transparency and high-quality service.
• Process and track client service requests, ensuring completion within internal Service Level Agreements.
• Set appropriate expectations for clients and beneficiaries and maintain consistent follow-up communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients in all interactions.
• Research and resolve client issues promptly and accurately, escalating when necessary.
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records using Client systems.
• Manage and monitor daily case load efficiently through internal technology resources.
• Apply firm verification procedures to protect clients from identity theft and fraudulent activities.
• Stay current with SEC / FINRA, Compliance, and Firm regulations, applying them to all processes and communications.

College degree preferred.

Experience :

3–4 years of financial services industry experience preferred, including client service, estate and trust processes, or asset distribution.
